Site layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this latest document drop appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and includes a notes section labelling various areas of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as plans for boat shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
